Prodiaman is headed by its Chairman and President, Pedro Godinho Domingos, known throughout Luanda as Pedro Godinho. Mr. Godinho has over 20 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry and its related service sectors. Mr. Godinho and has worked in petroleum engineering capacities with Chevron Texaco and has worked at Sonangol.
Mr. Godinho, who is fluent in English, is a graduate of both Portuguese Catholic University and of Agostinho Neto University and was awarded degrees in both engineering and in management and business. Mr. Godinho is a frequent lecturer on business opportunities in Angola.
Pedro Godinho also serves as Executive Director for Angola of the U.S. Angola Chamber of Commerce located in Luanda and in Washington, D.C. USA.
Prodiaman is involved in several Joint Ventures supporting the Oil and Gas Industry in Angola. These include:
CLARIANT Angola, engaged in the sale of specialty chemicals and services to the oil and gas industry
Prodiaman through its investment in Prodoil Sarl created Paragon Angola with AMEC Paragon, Inc., a leading international engineering consulting company and an affiliate of AMEC plc.
Akers Solutions, involved with subsea design, manufacturing and installation activities as well as deepwater well intervention services to the offshore oil and gas industry in Angola.
Prodiaman is also a developer of Futila Sea Breeze, a new oceanfront, gated, residential community located at the southern boundary of the Futila Village outside of Cabinda and a short drive from the Malongo Base.
Prodiaman also owns and operates one of the largest and most successful restaurant operations in Angola: Jango Veleiro, located on the Ilha do Luanda.
